These terms apply to your use of the-prepmaster.com and to every order placed there. Read them before you buy.
1. Who We Are and These Terms
PREP MASTER is a trading name of Bioryx Global Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. Its Companies Registry number is 80580626. Its address is Flat 2304, 23/F, Ho King Commercial Centre, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong. Throughout these terms, Bioryx Global Limited is referred to as we, us or our. The word you means the visitor or buyer.
By using the site or ordering, you agree to these terms. Our Refund, Shipping, Privacy and Cookie policies are incorporated into them. If you disagree with any part, stop using the site.
2. Using the Site
Shop for yourself or for gifts. Scraping, copying, disrupting the site or probing non-public areas is not allowed. Neither is unlawful or fraudulent use. Suspicious orders may be cancelled, and repeat offenders blocked.
3. No Customer Accounts
The site has no customer accounts, and every order uses guest checkout. Give an email address you check, since receipts and shipping updates go there.
4. Listings, Prices and Currency
Each piece is photographed and described as accurately as we can manage. Stone is natural, so a piece's color, pattern and size may differ slightly from its photo. Stones are named as sold, and any dyeing, stabilising or treatment is disclosed on the product page. Metal is stainless steel or plated base metal unless a page states otherwise. Pieces are sold as jewelry, with no medical, therapeutic or other outcome claims made for them.
Prices on the site, and the amounts charged, are in US dollars (USD). Standard shipping to US addresses is free. If a price is listed in error, we contact you before dispatch. You then choose between the corrected price and a full refund.
5. Placing an Order
Your order is an offer to purchase the items in your cart, and shipment is our acceptance. We may turn an order down, such as when stock runs out or payment fails verification. A declined order that was already charged is refunded in full.
Submitting payment authorizes Bioryx Global Limited to charge the checkout total to your chosen payment method. The total covers any shipping and applicable tax. You confirm that the payment method is yours to use.
6. One-Time Billing
Every order is a one-time purchase, charged once for the total you approve at checkout.
There is no subscription, free trial, membership, installment plan or auto-ship program at PREP MASTER. Placing an order never enrolls you in one. Your card is not rebilled automatically, ever. A new charge happens only when you place a new order.
The charge will appear on your card statement as PREPMASTER.
Buyers must be at least 18 years old.
7. Ownership and Delivery Risk
Once the carrier collects your parcel, title and the risk of loss transfer to you. Lost or damaged parcels are still handled under the Shipping and Refund policies.
8. Cancelling an Order
Cancellation requests go through the Cancel an order page or to support@the-prepmaster.com. An unshipped order may be cancelled, with a full refund to the original payment method. Once dispatched, an order cannot be recalled; send it back under Section 9 after delivery.
9. Returns and Refunds
You may return any item within 30 days after delivery. Opened or unopened, each product qualifies for return and refund. No item has to be unused or unworn, and original packaging is optional. Proof of purchase is needed: your order number or confirmation email. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the return arrives. The Refund Policy sets out each step and forms part of these terms.
10. Questions About a Charge
Before you raise a chargeback or bank dispute, please talk to us. Email support@the-prepmaster.com or call +1 (866) 546-1766, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Banks usually need 30 to 90 days to close a dispute. We can normally fix the same problem far sooner. Your right to dispute stays intact if we cannot resolve it.
11. Site Content
The text, photos and design of the site belong to Bioryx Global Limited or are used under licence. Reusing them requires our written permission. Third-party names and logos, including those of carriers and card networks, belong to their respective owners.
12. Limitation of Liability
The site comes as is and as available. Where the law permits, Bioryx Global Limited accepts no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. For any order, our total liability cannot exceed what you paid for it. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains. So do your rights under consumer law where you live.
13. Indemnity
You agree to reimburse our reasonable costs, losses and legal fees from any claim caused by your breach of these terms. The same applies to claims caused by your misuse of the site. Losses we caused ourselves are excluded.
14. Governing Law, Arbitration and Class Waiver
These terms, and any dispute about them or the site, are governed by the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, setting aside conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause below.
A dispute not settled informally goes to final, binding arbitration administered by the HKIAC (Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre). One arbitrator decides it. The seat of the arbitration is Hong Kong.
Claims are brought only on an individual basis. You and we each give up any right to bring or join a class, collective or representative action. That waiver covers court and arbitration alike. Consumer rights that your home jurisdiction makes mandatory still apply.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms. The version posted when you order governs that order. If a court finds a clause unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in effect. Delay in enforcing a term does not waive it.
16. Notices by Email
Receipts, shipping updates and support replies arrive by email. These emails, and the terms you accept online, satisfy any requirement for written communication. Clicking to accept carries the same weight as signing by hand.
17. Events Beyond Our Control
Events outside our reasonable control can delay or prevent performance, and we are not liable for that. Severe storms, floods, carrier or network failures, strikes and government action are examples. If such an event delays your order, you hear from us. Any unshipped order can then be cancelled for a full refund.
