PREP MASTER ships only to US addresses, and standard delivery is free whatever the order size. This page walks through each stage after checkout.
1. Handling Time
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days after payment. Processing covers checking, packing and handing the parcel to the carrier. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing on the next business day.
2. Delivery Estimates
Transit is estimated at 5 to 10 business days. The clock starts at dispatch, not when you order. These figures are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Weather and carrier delays can add time.
3. Cost
Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend. Checkout shows the shipping line as FREE before you pay. No handling fee is added afterwards.
4. Carriers
Orders ship with a US parcel carrier. The shipping confirmation email names the carrier that has your parcel.
5. Tracking
A tracking number and link are emailed when your order ships. The first scan can take up to a day to appear. You can also check status on the order tracking page.
6. Where We Ship
Delivery covers US addresses only. We have no international service. Prices and charges are in US dollars (USD).
7. Address Corrections
Getting the address right is your responsibility. Check it is complete, unit number included, before paying. To correct an error, email support@the-prepmaster.com with the order number and the new address. Changes can be made up to dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us over an address problem, we contact you to arrange redelivery.
8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Tracking frozen, or a week past the estimated date? Email the order number and we start a carrier trace. A parcel confirmed lost, or delivered damaged, is replaced or refunded, as you choose.
