Privacy Policy

What data an order involves, why we hold it, and how to reach us about it.

This policy describes the personal information Bioryx Global Limited handles when you visit the-prepmaster.com or order from PREP MASTER. Bioryx Global Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong, is the business responsible for it.

1. Information We Receive

We collect only what an order and a reply require.

  • Order details: name, email address, shipping address, billing address if it differs, and phone number if supplied.
  • Payment details: typed at checkout and passed to the payment processor, as Section 4 describes.
  • Messages: anything you send by email or through the contact and cancel forms.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages requested and request times, as any web server receives them.

There are no customer accounts, so no passwords are held. No analytics or advertising trackers run on the site.

2. Why We Use It

We use your name, address and email to process payment, dispatch the order and send order and tracking emails.

The same details let us answer questions, handle cancellations, returns and refunds, and detect fraud.

Financial records are kept where tax and accounting rules call for them. Your information is not used for advertising or profiling.

3. Who We Share It With

PREP MASTER does not sell your personal information. It is not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising either.

Service providers that run parts of the store receive only the portion they need:

  • the website hosting and content delivery provider
  • the order management system and payment processor
  • an email service that sends receipts and shipping updates
  • the parcel carrier, which receives your name, address and, at times, phone number

These providers act on our instructions. Beyond them, information is disclosed only where law requires it, to stop fraud, or as part of a sale of the business.

4. Payment Card Data

Card details entered at checkout go directly to our payment processor. The processor handles them under the PCI DSS standard. PREP MASTER keeps neither the full card number nor the security code. Our own records of a payment are limited to amount, date, card type and last four digits.

5. Security Measures

All pages are served over HTTPS. Order data is open only to staff who fill orders or handle support. Providers are chosen with their security practices in mind. No system is entirely secure; if a breach affects your data, we tell you as the law requires.

6. How Long We Keep It

Order and payment records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support messages are kept while a question is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are held briefly for security, then deleted. On request, we erase whatever we are not legally obliged to keep.

7. Where Data Is Processed

Bioryx Global Limited is based in Hong Kong, and some service providers operate in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed, stored or transferred outside your own country, including in Hong Kong. We handle it under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and any privacy law that applies to you.

8. Your Rights

Residents of some states, including California under the CCPA and CPRA, hold rights over their personal information. These may include the right to:

  • learn what we hold about you and get a copy
  • fix details that are wrong
  • erase details we have no legal duty to retain
  • opt out of sale or sharing, neither of which happens here (see the Do Not Sell page)
  • appeal a refused request

Requests go to support@the-prepmaster.com or +1 (866) 546-1766. We may ask for order details to confirm the request is yours. You receive an answer within 30 days. Exercising a right never changes your prices or service.

9. Cookies and Browser Privacy Signals

One strictly necessary cookie is set: __Host-ck, which holds your checkout session for 90 minutes. Your cart sits in your browser's localStorage under the key the-prepmaster-cart. No analytics or advertising trackers run. Browser privacy signals, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, count as an opt-out. The Cookie Policy gives the full detail.

10. Third-Party Websites

Some pages link to outside sites, such as a carrier's tracking page. Each of those sites follows its own privacy policy. We have no control over them, so read their policies before sharing data there.

11. Age Requirement

PREP MASTER sells to adults, and buyers must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us data, email support@the-prepmaster.com and it will be deleted.

12. Updates

Revisions to this policy are posted on this page with a new date. If a revision affects data you have already given us, we email you before it takes effect.
